My windows as I try to do research for my photojournalism Fulbright proposal. I am behind the ball and not even totally confident in my project any more.

Anyone with information/suggestions on how to get information on Canada’s tar sands or issues of food insecurity would be my VERY BEST Tumblr friend.

I may just need some time to let this sit.

Does Toronto have the best airport ever?

Or am I just a sucker for minimalist design and free Wi-Fi?

So far I took an airport shuttle with a sassy UGA journalism school grad meeting her boyfriend who was getting back from a tour in Europe with his metal band and sat next to an older woman who put dinosaurs all over her brother’s front lawn for his 60th birthday and insisted I eat at the McDonald’s in Paris because it was delicious. Hopefully more characters are in store for me.
