Rock beaches are more common in Europe than the sandy ones we spent time at in the South of France. After our hikes we spent time by the water in Cinque Terre where I wrote, sketched and collected sea glass.
In France I fell in love. With the Mediterranean Sea.
The first thing one needs to know about Juan Les Pins is that there’s a beach. In fact, it’s mostly beach and those beautiful tides were our first stop on our first full day.
Two weeks ago my toes were planted firmly in the sand for my Spring Break on Tybee Island (see above image for context/proof) and last week they hit the ground running to catch up on school, environmental work, and Ampersand Magazine to-dos (we just wrapped up design for our April issue, out soon!).
This week I’m back to you, blogosphere, and I come bearing updates. Lots of them. Did you miss me?
Okay, cool. I’ll take your silence as affirmation.
